These terms outline the guidelines, enrollment policies, and mutual commitments that govern your learning experience with Arabic Flow Academy.

Arabic Flow Academy

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Arabic Flow ("the Academy," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, scheduling a free trial lesson, or accessing our online educational platform (arabic-flow.com), you ("Student," "Parent," or "Guardian") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Educational Services

Arabic Flow provides private, live one-on-one instruction delivered online by certified native Arabic speakers. Our curriculum includes:

Quran Reading & Recitation: Structured progression from Noorani Qaida and Arabic phonetics to confident Quran recitation.
Practical Tajweed Rules: Articulation points (Makharij), characteristics (Sifaat), and practical rules applied in live recitation.
Arabic Language: Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) for non-native speakers, focusing on comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar.
Islamic Studies: Foundational Aqeedah, Fiqh of worship, Seerah, and daily Islamic adab for all ages.

3. Free Trial Lesson Policy

We provide a complimentary, no-obligation 40-minute trial session for new prospective students. This session allows our teacher to evaluate the student's baseline recitation level, understand learning goals, and introduce the teaching approach. The free trial is limited to one per student. No payment details are required to schedule a trial lesson.

4. Tuition, Subscriptions & Payment Terms

Tuition plans are available in multiple currencies (GBP, USD, EUR) with clear monthly pricing:

Monthly Plans: Tuition fees are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no lock-in contracts or long-term commitments.
Payment Schedule: Monthly tuition must be paid in advance prior to the start of each learning cycle.
Currency Selection: Students choose their preferred billing currency at registration. Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer if paying from another national currency.

5. Scheduling, Attendance & Rescheduling Policy

Consistency is fundamental to Quranic and language progression. To respect the dedicated schedule of both students and tutors:

Rescheduling Notice: Students may reschedule any lesson with at least 24 hours advance notice via the student dashboard or administrative support.
Short-Notice Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed lessons without notice are counted as completed and are non-refundable, as the tutor is reserved exclusively for you.
Tutor Unavailability: If an instructor is unable to attend due to illness or an unavoidable emergency, the Academy will either provide a qualified substitute or offer a full makeup session at a time convenient to the student.
Punctuality: Lessons begin promptly at the scheduled time. Tutors wait in the virtual classroom for up to 15 minutes before the session is deemed unattended.

6. Code of Conduct & Islamic Etiquette

As an Islamic educational academy, we foster a respectful, dignified, and modest learning atmosphere:

Commitment to Modesty & Respect:

All students and teachers are expected to maintain Islamic manners, courteous language, and modest attire during sessions. Sisters learn exclusively with female tutors and brothers with male tutors. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Teacher Assignments & Consistency

We prioritize continuous teacher-student rapport. Once matched, you will retain the same instructor throughout your course. If at any point you feel your learning style is not matched with your teacher, you may request a change of instructor through our academic support team at no extra cost.

8. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All curriculum slides, workbooks, recorded exercises, and proprietary guides provided by Arabic Flow remain the intellectual property of the Academy. Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their own private educational study.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with your learning journey:

Plan Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly enrollment at any time prior to your next renewal date. You will retain access to any remaining paid sessions for the active month.
Unused Session Credit: If you need to pause your studies due to travel, illness, or exams, your unused lesson credits can be frozen for up to 6 months upon notifying administration.
